As a mortgage lender, I value my relationships with realtor partners. My feeling is that I don't deserve your business unless I earn it. And I can earn your business in a couple of ways.
1. Service and Follow Up
I will keep you in the loop throughout the whole loan process so you dont have to waste time calling me for updates. I also take pride in getting deals closed on time. If I tell you 30 days, I will do everything in my power to make that happen.
2. Marketing
This is where I focus my efforts. I can help you develop your business by aiding your marketing efforts. I offer several proven marketing strategies for your listings and your business in general. These include social media, internet marketing, follow up systems, co-branding, open houses, etc...
Many realtors and lenders that I talk to are hesitant when it comes to VA loans. This is an area that I specialize in. In South Carolina alone, there are over 400,000 veterans and active military personnel. Why not market to this group with a 100% financing option? Fort Jackson is growing (10,000 new troops this year) and focusing marketing efforts here can greatly expand your business.
I also have a lot of experience with FHA and USDA lending. These are both great programs!
Our jumbo products and rates are top notch as well. One program calls for only a 10% down payment (with no MI) where most require 20% minimum.
