REO : We currently work with several asset managing company. We provide lender with the expertise on giving a value to there asset as well as any repairs the home may need. Thru the service we provide our goal is to make the closing of the sale as smooth as possible for both the buyer and seller.
Trustee sale: Our company has over 5 yrs in expertise in the field of Trustee sale's. Working with several investor , we have gained the knowledge in the process of the purchase , clean out, evicitons to listing and selling the home.
Lien Sale: Lien sale are very difficult and hard to purchase . Mostly due to the legality's and process can be very confusing. We have plenty of knowledge and expertise as well in this field.
