Phil helps current and future Hawaii residents obtain financing for their homes and properties.  As an openly out member of the GLBT community he is particularly senstive to the needs of this market.  Phil lives in lava zone 2 on the Big Island of Hawaii and is familiar with difficult homes that require special attention. 

I own a gay bed and breakfast called Absolute Paradise Gay B&B.  It is walking distance from a clothing optional beach in an areas of Hawaii called Lower Puna.  The area is famous for alternative life-styles, perfect weather, lava flow, (insurance protects home buyers) and the Kapoho tide pools.  There are natural steam caves, great hikes, and naked volleyball on Saturdays.  At a nearby resort called Kalani there is a great dance party every Sunday morning.
