Plum Perfect Staging and Real Estate Enhancement, Inc.® proprietor Patricia Conklin has been in Residential and Commercial enhancement for more than 30 years, beginning as an apprentice under Los Angeles, CA designers in her teens in the family Paint, Wallcovering and Interior Design business.
After formal art courses and a shift to writing, editing and Graphic Design, Patti went back to her first love...working as a Design Consultant for two major Southwestern U. S. Paint & Wallcovering companies, sharing her expertise in color usage, scale, texture, pattern, placement, focus and "flow" as a member of the sales teams serving the Residential, Commercial, Contract, Film and Hospitality clientele of those companies.
Patti is now focusing on assisting those who are readying their property to sell. With her additional professional training in property Staging through the Home Staging Business Training Program® developed by Debra Gould ~ "The Staging Diva"® of "Six Elements"® fame ~ she is now, happily, in her element.
Patti also offers her services to those homeowners who aren't ready to sell but who feel their home is in need of a "facelift" and to Commercial entities who are charged with maintaining the desireability of a property.
Thorough, comprehensive Initial Walkthrough ~ a Two-hour (or more) Consultation during which the client receives detailed recommendations for preparing their home or commercial space for Sale or Lease. During the Walkthrough Patti will present the client with a checklist for every room and for the home's exterior spaces. Windows, doors, floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures & fittings, furniture, décor, and artwork as well as the outdoor spaces, fixtures & fittings will all be addressed. Specific recommendations will be given to address any potential block to the successful and quick sale or lease.
