As an active real estate broker for over 26 years here in the Midcoast Maine area, I specialize in the listing and selling of fine residential properties, whether they are in town or on/near the water. Please visit my website at http://www.pattilawton.com or subscribe to my blog All things Midcoast Maine http://wp.me/1Idva
My specialty is the residential transaction. Whether you are a first time homebuyer, or an experienced buyer looking for your retirement home OR a first time seller or an experienced seller leaving our area let me put my experience and knowledge to work for you. A growing family needing a bigger home? A retiring couple looking to downsize? Can't find the perfect house, then let's look for suitable piece of land and a local builder to customize your new home. I can help with all of your real estate needs. In my spare time I enjoy the time I get to spend with a few of the non-profit agencies in the area. As past President of the BOD of our local homeless shelter and housing agency, Tedford Housing, and current President of the BOD of our local CAP agency, Midcoast Maine Community Action Agency I am able to work with these agencies who are devoted to helping to end homelessness and find creative ways to help with Affordable Housing in our Midcoast area. I have served on Family Support Committee for our local Habitat for Humanity, and was fortunate enough to have been able to spend a week in Mobile, AL building a home with Habitat for Humanity in Mobile. I was the 2011 National Association of REALTORS Regional Vice President for New England, the 2008 President of the Maine Association of REALTORS, 2014 Chair of NAR's Housing Opportunity Committee and 2017 Chair of NAR's Legal Action Committee.I stay active with my local board of REALTORS and I firmly believe in continuing to learn the "real estate business" and to that end, have earned National Designations including: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realestate Institue), and e-PRO .I have 3 grown children, one in the Boston area, one in San Fransisco and the 3rd living in San Diego, so when possible, I travel to visit "the boys"!! The newest addition to our family, my granddaughter Isabelle, joins her brother Benjamin and sister Alison in Boston so for the most part, that's where my travels take me these days.
