A bit more about Pam personally.  Pam raised 4 beautiful children.  She moved here to Colorado with her kids in 1995.  She sought out a job that she could possibly build a career on.  She landed a good one as a Real Estate Secretary for Battlement Mesa, CO.  At that point she knew she loved the industry.  She was not ready to jump into the commission only world.  So she stepped into Lending.  She worked in the processing dept of lending.  This gave her the true knowledge of what was needed to have the American Dream, home ownership.  In 2004, Pam decided to jump into that commission only world.  She obtained her real estate license.  

With this experience, Pam became very successful in Real Estate.  She worked in Grand Junction, CO.  With-in 3 years Pam was ranked in the top 15% of Mesa County Realtors.  She worked for Century 21.  She was their top agent and a mentor for new agents.  

In 2008, Pam's life took her to Steamboat Springs, CO.  Steamboat is a great resort town.  For Pam, this is a new challenge.  "I am excited about learning new things about buying and selling in a resort town."  Pam says; "I am not one to stay stagnet, I always need to be learning.  It keeps life interesting."
