I’ve been a real estate agent for over 13 years and with Keller Williams Realty for 9 years. I started my own team in 2001 and last year my team and I sold over $103 million dollars of real estate and completed over 550 transactions versus the national average for an agent in Michigan which is only 4.8. Not only do we sell a lot of homes but we sell our homes 21% faster than other agents while still getting them money if they’re selling or more for their money when they’re buying.

| A very focused professional. Aggressive with a team to match. I suspect we'll see billboards on the freeways and hear radio spots from the Perna Team soon. I moved from Michigan to Illinois so managing closings at both ends was no picnic. I used Keller Williams on both the sale of the Michigan property and the purchase of the Illinois property. As difficult as the lenders make it today to complete a real estate sale/purchase, KW and the Perna team made it easy to understand and even arranged for us to close on our sale on our schedule when the buyers lender had dropped the ball. The house I sold reflected the "in the toilet" real estate market in Wayne county. It was not a money maker for me or the realtor yet they were professional and courteous regardless of home value. |
