Hiring an agent to work with you while you sell or purchase real estate is an important task, one that will have lasting implications.  There are many qualified, professional real estate agents in our area and each possesses different strengths that make him or her successful.  I'd like to tell you a little about my qualifications.

I began my real estate career in 1997 as a sales agent with Aroostook Real Estate.  In 2000, I joined Kieffer Insurance and Real Estate as its Real Estate Department Manager and Designated Broker.  I worked in that position until Kieffer Real Estate became RE/MAX Central in July 2004.  I love working for RE/MAX Central!  The supportive environment created by the agency owners allows the brokers, like me, to provide our clients with outstanding service and sales resources.  I work full-time and am devoted to successfully marketing every listing I accept ~and~ to finding a home for every buyer client that I work with.  2006 was a busy year! I closed 44 transactions for a total of over 4.1 million dollars worth of property!  Many of my past clients have enough confidence in my abilities to refer me to their friends, co-workers, and family members.

I am Aroostook County's only e-PRO certified broker.  I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Maine Association of REALTORS and a past president of our local REALTOR association, the Aroostook County of REALTORS.

As a full-time real estate broker, believe in doing one thing and doing it well so I focus on residential property in Caribou and neighboring towns of: Woodland, Connor Township, Limestone, New Sweden, Stockholm, Westlandland, Washburn, Perham, Presque Isle.

Over ten years selling residential real estate in the Caribou area and I still love welcoming new neighbors! Call me to see why my former clients recommend me to their co-workers, family and friends!
