Have always been a visionary and a very goal oriented person.  Founder of a Real Estate franchise

company, International Realty Plus.  After working years in real estate, seeing how the large franchise companies

charged Brokers and Agents such high fees making it hard for them to get ahead. I decided to

start my own franchise company.  Was told "it won't work" "your crazy", you can't compete with

the big franchise companies. Started IRP in 1992 with limited funds and GOD's help. We have continued to

grow, improve and offer the Brokers, Agents a way to keep all of the profits of sales in thier own

pockets instead of paying royalty fees to the franchisor. Currently have franchise across USA, Canada and Mexico.
