| Paula, I don't know of any more information that you all could help me with - you have done an excellent job marketing our house. I really appreciate all the work you all have done to get the exposure of our house on the web sites. Kristen has been great - we have had lots of showings. She has called me 3 times while she is on vacation! I told her to enjoy her time away - she deserves some relaxing family time. I think the "right" family has not found our house yet. I know that the lay out of the house will have to be for a specific type of family. Most mothers that have very small children will not want their babies upstairs - away from her especially at night. It worked great for us when our "teen-age" daughters were home for them to have their "space" and a large bathroom. It has worked wonderful when we had over-night company. The driveway and yard has been an excellent place for our grandchildren to ride bikes and play ball. The side yard was a good place for the nephews and adults to play horse shoes. We also had a good area in the side yard for a small garden. Our grandsons loved playing paintball in the woods. We have many, many memories of family time here - even the grandchildren have commented on all of their memories and they hated to see us leave. I am praying that the "right" family will find the house and have many years of enjoyment like we have. Thank you for all the hard work that you all put into listing a house - so much more than "Zillow" and my sign in the yard! (haha). I just have to learn to be patient while waiting! | Wow, I really don't know how to say thank you to you. And you know by now that I am not often at a loss for words! You have been such a blessing through the journey of finding our new home. You worked with us tirelessly by phone for weeks. You spent the better part of a week taking us back and forth to different houses (and allowed Ryan to snack often from your back seat). You completed contracts and paper work by mail and e-mail. You sealed the deal and then helped us begin the process of renovation. We get to closing and you work tirelessly on home warranty stuff. You take no money in the purchase of our home and you even give us $500.00 for furniture. What an incredible blessing you have been to our family! | Last year when my husband was offered a position at TVA- we were living in Naperville, IL. We knew that this was a good move for our family! Paula McDaniel's name was who TVA referred us to. Within days, she contacted us and we spoke about what we were interested in. Bill and I flew to Chattanooga to look for a new home for our family. We were staying at the Read House and when we arrived it was 11PM-needless to say, I was really hungry...we checked in and the front desk clerk said he had something for us- Bill and I looked at each other and assumed it was from TVA and then there was this beautiful cheese and fruit basket from Paula, welcoming us to Chattanooga. That was my first experience of Paula's true southern hospitality. She worked tirelessly for our family to find the perfect place for us to live. ; We laughed and had a great time those first four days - we saw every available home from White Oak Mt to Signal Mt.! Bill and I kept coming back to Hampton On The Lake in Ooltewah- we knew this is where God wanted us to raise our 5 children. Upon our initial meeting with Paula it was clear that she had a wealth of experience selling real estate and that she had a deep base of knowledge of our local market. The first thing that stood out about Paula was her integrity. She was honest and straight forward about what she felt was the right price range to sell our home in the current market. We had interviewed numerous agents before Paula, and it was apparent that most agents are giving potential clients the price range they "hope for" versus market reality just to secure the listing - a terrible waste of time if you are serious about selling your property. Once the process was underway Paula was responsive, followed up with us in a timely manner, and did a great job moving the process forward to ensure a smooth transaction. | I would like to tell my story about my recent transaction with Paula McDaniel Prudential Realty. On a scale of one to ten I would have to rate Paula and staff; Abbey and Shelly at a ten. Professionalism and knowledge were portrayed throughout our recent sales transaction The real story though, is a story of heartfelt giving and kindness.. It can be very lonely, and you can feel very vulnerable when moving to a new state.. Paula was always very kind and her positive nature was such a joy. She was such a delight to be around. I believe that anyone company can sell a property. I also believe that the people we deal with through the company humanize our experience. People don't always care, but Paula and her staff really do. How refreshing that was. It reminds me of a quote from John Maxwell "People do not care how much you know, until they know how much you care." Paula, Abbey and Shelly, made my transition here so easy. They are gentle and kind and very understanding. I have moved all over but never had a reception as warm as this. I commend Paula and her staff for everything they have done for us.
