Real estate has been my life since I was a child.  Growing up w/ a mom-broker I was destined to develop the passion for industry as well as my two daughters.  We owned an operated a real estate company for over 20 years in Ottawa, Illinois until my husband's career took us other places around the state where I had the opportunity to build 3 companies, the last one, Country Roads Real Estate in Stockton, Illinois gave me the opportunity to expand into Wisconsin and Iowa as a vacant land and farm specialist.  In addition I taught the real estate classes at our local college and trained agents.  I became active in our local Realtor association as well as IAR and NAR.  My role in these organizations as committee chair, officer and president of our local association expanded my relationship with Realtors around the country.   After the death of my husband,  my company partner and I chose to sell Country Roads Real Estate and I am currently a managing broker for Gateway Realty, O'Fallon, Il. 

I am the mother of two daughters,  stepdaughter and stepson from my late husband and 7 grandchildren.  They are the reason for my continued drive for knowledge and success. 

 I am excited about the changes in our way of communicating, prospecting and marketing through social media.  We are paving the way for what could be a nationwide MLS and state licensure changes as well.  Illinois has already taken steps to revamp our licensing law.

I am an avid golfer, always striving for par and enjoy participating in community theater.
