Paula started her career in the real estate industry as a real estate sales associate, and then moved to property management.  In 1993 she started her own property management company and built it up over 10 years, at which time she sold it to go into real estate financing full-time.

She is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.  She holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Florida and worked with young teenagers before going into real estate.

Paula enjoys educating peope about mortgage financing and personal credit, and offers free one-to-one consultations as well as seminars for community groups and companies.  She is a member of the Financial Knowledge Institute, a non-profit organization in San Jose that offers personal financial education to corporations and other groups.
