Paula contacted us when our contract with our previous realtor expired. We were impressed with the professionalism of her printed material and her background. At that time we decided to take the house off of the market for a while, but kept her contact information. A few months later we were contacted by phone and we realized it was the same person that had impressed us with her printed material. She encouraged us to put the house back on the market due to the increase in activity in our area. At this point everything was handled by phone due to the fact that our property was in Colorado and we were in Florida. When we finally went to Colorado we met with both Paula and her husband. We were very impressed with her marketing ideas and her enthusiasm over our property. She was able to get us a contract in less than six months, when the house had previously been on the market for two years with a realtor who lived in the area. Paula definitely knows what she is doing and worked with us, kept in touch with us, and offered appreciated suggestions. We couldn't be more pleased.

We found Paula Bradfield and Michael Ramsey to be professional real estate agents who know how to market Colorado property. They are honest and trust worthy and will keep you updated though out the process. Living some 1600 miles away in Georgia, we had to rely on them to do the leg work and keep us posted on what was going on. Having previously listed with another agent, we found this was not the case with all realtors. We signed a contract with the Bradfield/Ramsey team online and by the time we got to Colorado to meet with them they had already shown the property. Within two weeks of arriving back in Georgia, Paula called to tell us she had an offer, and again we signed a contract online. It was a fair offer and the process of closing began with the two of them taking care of business and keeping in touch with us each step of the way. We signed up to receive automated listing updates from Paula Bradfield's office and received them for months before we finally contacted her via phone and decided to put an offer an a lot (not a house)--at 5pm on a Friday. She worked the weekend to seal the deal, met us in town for the closing and then videotaped us on our new land, sending us a link we could forward to friends and family to show them what the land we bought looked like. Fun, frank and just "good people" is how we'd describe Paula.
