I have over 20 years of experience in the real estate business in the market from Sandwich and Moultonboro east to the Maine border and from Wolfeboro north to the notches. In 2004 my partner, Peg Huddleston, and I bought out our principal broker when she decided to retire, It has been a learning experience for us although Peg had been an office manager for several years with our previous company.
Like so many other residents of this beautiful State of New Hampshire, I am a transplant from Massachusetts, so as I was told by a native 35 years ago, "I am no longer a flatlander, but I will never be a native". With this background I can well understand a customer's desire to find their niche here in this part of our lovely state. That said, I can also understand the wants and needs of the natives who want their own place, too. Through the many financing programs available with our local banks, I have been able to help many people realize these dreams.
I have been married for 55 years (to the same guy!) to my supportive husband, Ed, and we have 5 children, 12 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren with #18 due next June and have helped some of them with their housing needs.
