I have been in real  estate since 1991 and a broker since 1996. I have just agreed to be a Broker for Proactive Realty ltd. We are a full service brokerage on the MLS system. I was born and raised in Lethbridge, but have lived in surrounding communities as well. I am your "go to" person for Southern Alberta!

In 2001 I accepted a 3 year contract as an Investigator for our regulatory body, the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) based in Calgary, AB. In 2004 I returned to Lethbridge, AB to start my own brokerage; Realty Advocate. It was used to help buyers and sellers with thier transactions, and also advise people on the Alberta Real Estate Acy (REA). For consumers, this may help them discern who is at fault in a transaction, what to do and what to ask. For the Real Estate Industry; mortgage brokers, Realtors, property managers and appraisors, we advise them on what to  do if RECA is investigating them. Lawyers can contract us to review a file, and we'll write a report stating all the infractions of the REA. This will facilitate a successful outcome thier clients.
