I was born and raised here in Santa Cruz, and am very familiar with all the special pocket neighbors Santa Cruz has to offer. My two children went to school here as well, so I am familiar with excellent Schools we have to offer. My energy, knowledge of the Real Estate market accompanied with what Santa Cruz has to offer, makes me a qualified agent to assist in either selling or buying in our area.
I was an escrow officer in Santa Cruz County for almost 15 years prior to receiving my California Real Estate License. In those years I developed long standing relationships with many Realtors in our area. The information I learned as an Escrow officer has turned out to be invaluable in my Real Estate career. I enjoy working with first time home buyers, and love to walk them through the escrow process, keeping them updated every step of the way. I proved the same service if it is a low priced Mobile Home, or a high end ocean front property.
