 Pamela Adkisson brings a wealth of experience to Central Coast Real Estate,  based on her multifaceted career in all phases of real estate. A Central Coast resident since 1981, Pamela is a market specialist who excels in anticipating market trends and new business opportunities. In addition,  as Assistant VP and North County Sales Manager for First American Title, for 15 years Pamela managed several departments  including Escrow, Customer Service and the Sales and Marketing functions for multiple offices in North Santa Barbara County. Pamela applies the same focus to real estate transactions and escrow management, having sold in several residential developments along the central coast and garnering the“Rookie of the Year” award in 2005 by Keller Williams Coastal Valley, Santa Maria office. She was also instrumental in the sale of 75% of the inventory at The Villas at The Woodlands Community in a distressed market. Pamela joined the Commercial Division of Inland Pacific Builders in 2010 bringing her acumen in negotiation and new business development to commercial space leasing at centers located in Santa Maria, Orcutt, Arroyo Grande and Pismo Beach. Pamela’s true passion and natural gift as a connector and industry influencer is reflected in her success as a PR, marketing and branding consultant having launched several successful branding,PR and social media campaigns for various IPB divisions. She is recently represented CCB in Sales and Social Media Marketing , further branding Coastal Community Builders as the premier home builder on the California Central Coast.
