One consistent feedback I've gotten through the years of being in this business is that I make a good counselor and advisor.  That's very pleasing for me to hear I've always defined myself not to be in the business of selling loans but rather becoming a trusted advisor to my clients.   In fact, my goal with every client is to become their mortgage professional for life and I strive to earn this relationship from the very first time I make contact with them.  Beyond expertise, experience, and loan resources, what I bring to the table is my dedication to every transaction in terms of doing all the legwork necessary to have a successful close of escrow.  I believe this is the major reason why in all the years as a loan officer, I have never had a loan denied after it's been submitted to underwriting.
