Beyond expertise, experience, and loan resources, what I bring to the table is my dedication to every transaction in terms of doing all the legwork necessary to have a successful close of escrow. I believe this is the major reason why in all the years as a loan officer, I have never had a loan denied after it's been submitted to underwriting.
Having never done any mass advertising, marketing or promotions of targeting a certain niche and building my business through referral partners, I've had the opportunity of gaining expertise and experience in the full spectrum of loan types and options. In today's lending environment, it's more important than ever for a lending partner to offer solutions and this is where my specialty lies.
