My Real Estate career started when I was 18 years old, right out of High school. I started working for a new agent as a volunteer. He was just starting in the business back in 2003 and I wanted to learn, I had become his assistant and director of first impression and soon after he launched and started making money, he put me on payroll. While working for him I learned a lot and became his right hand. We ventured through Prudential & Keller Williams. My 3 years of working with him gave me the knowledge and experience that I have today. In 2006 we eventually parted ways; He left the Resale business and got hired for a New Home Builder. I followed to be his assistant but found the New Home Business to not be a challenge for me.
I decided to leave the Real Estate Industry for the Construction Industry; I got certified as a Shipping Clerk. The job was something I thought that I was able to do, but, it was just not a challenge for me.

Going back in to the Real Estate Industry I knew that I would probably start at the bottom, which I was correct, I ended up working for Windermere in Alta Loma as a receptionist only on the weekends in May of 2006. After a few months with the Brokerage, I saw that there was no room to grow and expand. So I reached out to a Broker that I would soon find out if I am cut out to be in this industry.

I interviewed with Red Real Estate based out in Temecula and was hired on the spot out of 100’s of resumes that came in to the office. Before interviewing, I did small assistant work for SCA Real Estate, Pacific Life Styles Real Estate, and Fathom Realty and again for a broker with Keller Williams in Temecula Ca. Working for Red Real Estate really helped my foundation; I worked for a Broker that has Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac REO account. I learned how to do BPO’s, Asset Inspections; it was a whole different world from the normal standard sale. In my over 10 ½ years working for Red Real Estate I became more knowledgeable.

I moved back home to the Claremont area, where I am from.
I enrolled in school to become a respiratory therapist and after a few weeks in the program i became really bored. I started to apply at all the brokerages out in the Inland Empire in hopes that I would land a new and better position.

I finally came across Janet Urive’s posted ad to be her assistant, and I jumped at the offer of interviewing with her. This has been the best move that I have made, while working for Janet, I have learned so much in such little time. My biggest accomplishment while working for the team is learning how to do short sales and how to negotiate them with the banks.
I see myself growing with the team, and I can strongly say that Real Estate is my comfort.
