I am a note buyer and active real estate investor and love teaching others.
My focus now is teaching through our newsletter "Income Stacker" which focuses on how to build passive income from notes, private lending, rentals and syndications.
I started out in the corporate world working for a major chemical/pharmaceutical company. After 18 years as a plant manager I decided to retire and transition into real estate note buying full time. I have 11 publications and 2 patents.
Randy has been investing in real estate for 30 years and has purchased, sponsored and structured millions in real estate and mortgage note related transactions. He has also been a consultant/advisory to over 500 individuals/companies nationwide on creative real estate and mortgage note investing.
Randy started his career in the corporate world. He worked for two major chemical/pharmaceutical companies for 18 years in operations with several hundred employees before he decided to retire and transition into real estate full time. Randy has 11 publications and 2 patents and wrote a book called "IRA 401k Income Builder" which explains how to buy real estate, mortgage notes, private lending, etc inside your Self-Directed IRA or Solo 401k.
Randy's focus is now on building passive income through mortgage notes, private lending, rental real estate and syndications with a focus on tax free or tax deferred investing using a Self Directed IRA or a Solo 401k.
The Note Authority LLC is my note buying company and Compel Capital LLC is my private lending company.
