My experience comes from multiple years of work in the business, various seminars and classes, and plenty of happy clients. I work with specialty programs like the "Hercules Affordable Housing Program" and also provide my own Public Informative Seminars for everyone to help educate the community.

I am constantly searching for ways to better improve myself for my clients and students. I have been trained in some of the most prestigious real estate programs such as the “By Referral Only” program and "Level 3 Performance Training". I have attended several seminars and schools to reach higher levels of knowledge and a higher grade of provided service, and to this day, I am still learning more, for you! 

My success comes from people who have given me the chance to provide a service that is above and beyond what you may expect from other insurance, real estate, and loan professionals. Referrals are the “lifeblood” of my business and I greatly appreciate any words of approval. I strongly believe that there is no such thing as a “closed deal". I service everyone as a client for life!
