Staging by Design will provide the Market Edge for you. We are a boutique company, with personalized service that considers all the feelings and emotions that go along with selling your home. I am a full service stager and designer with over 20 years of experience in staging and related fields. I hold a Master's Degree in Art from the University of Notre Dame. Working as a set designer,and visual merchandiser for several large retail stores has given me a perfect background for the staging field. A full service stager means that I will coordinate all vendors, timelines and be ready on time for the first open house. I have never missed a deadline in ten years. I live in Moraga with my husband Ed, 2 of my three sons and our dog named Boo.
With a Masters Degree in Art, Concentration in Color, my Color Coordination and selection are superior. Staging for the trends in the market place, with the potential buyer in mind, all the while keeping an eye on the bottom line. I can walk that fine line between heart and home. I will never tell you that t.v. must go, I will just solve the problem and make it work. I recently completed the Certified Staging Professional Advanced Program.
