| Nikkia was a excellent Realtor! From the beginning to the end she was there for me. After closing she recommend a good contractor to help me with my new home. It was a as is home and the winter storm seem to do some damage to the home that wasn't there during the inspection. I noticed a small leak in the garage that occurred after my home inspection but, before I moved in. The home had even been winterized. I called Nikkia and she sent a contractor to my home and he repaired the minor leak in the garage the same day. Nikkia even stopped by to make sure every thing was going good. |
