Get to Know Rachel Hillman Foy
Purchasing a home is one of the single most important investments in your life. With my expertise and guidance in the home buying and selling process, I can help find the most appropriate home for you. You can be assured that an experienced real estate professional is working with your interests in mind. In Nov 2013, I opened HIllman Homes, a boutique firm that takes care of all aspects of real estate. Our team of agents have a passion for real estate and can help with sales, rentals, property management and renovation!
A little about me: I was raised smack in the middle of New York City. After college, I moved to Massachusetts and never want to leave. I became a full-time Realtor in 2002 and can sincerely say that I love my job. My business is over 85% referrals, which demonstrates that I put my clients FIRST! My past jobs in management and obtaining my MBA has been instrumental for strong negotiating and customer service skills.
I appreciate working with all buyers and sellers, but specialize in first-time buyers/sellers, relocation & investors/developers. I am different from many agents because I cover many towns to help my clients find the right house at the best possible price. I also have been involved in development, so I understand what to look for in home inspections and the costs of home improvements. I am happy to provide references.

| The review of all 5 stars at the top may seem a bit ridiculous, but Rachel is just that amazing an agent. She was extremely knowledgeable and had everything together for us every step of the way. Not only was she able to locate to locate the perfect place for us, she had a person to recommend for everything we could possibly need from home inspectors to handymen! Everyone she recommended was also top notch. More than anything we felt ourselves taken care of throughout the whole process. Rachel made herself available when we needed her assistance, and never made us feel like a question or concern was too small or silly. | Rachel is superb! After we contacted her, she walked us through our place and identified how we should prepare our condo for sale. This was very important to us as we are collectors and had many many books, magazines, pictures, photo albums and other items scattered about our 3 bedroom condo. We took her advice to heart and spent a month packing over 50 boxes for offsite storage before we placed our condo for sale. Then, Rachel’s photographer took pictures or each room and prepared a 4 page brochure for the Open House. We sold our place the Monday after the Open House. Rachel’s style, level headed advice and resources contributed greatly to our quick sale. |

| Rachel helped me and my wife buy our first house and she was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. My wife was pregnant with our first child so we had a tight time frame for buying and moving into a house.
