Nestor Gasset graduated with a bachelor degree.  He was born in Havana, Cuba and immigrated to the states with his father, mother and younger brother in the midst of Fidel Castro's coupe.  

He discovered that sports were his passion as a young preteen and high school student.  Nestor was consistently at the top of the sports events.  In college he discovered a passion for Judo and Karate and loved to compete. 

After graduating from college he moved to Houston Texas where he became the the top salesperson working in the building product industry as a Senior Terrority Manager, Commerical Sale Manager, Architectural Specification Representative in various building product such as; wallcovering and flooring.  This gave him a complete education in learning all the details of construction, from the architectural planning, product specification with interior designers, experience dealing with general contractors, sub-contractors, property management and specification writers.

Nestor has the privilege to inspired and trained sales teams and supporting staff.  As he has stated one of his most rewarding experience in his life. 

 Nestor has worked with major account such as Bayer Corportation relocating management and employees from the U.S. and internationally. 

He has negotiated with land owners and builders such as Pulte Homes on the successful land acquisition that lead to a new development.  He was also involved with the entitlement of the project. 

He has also worked with major account such as; Marriott, Ramada Inn, Holiday Inn,  Aramco (Saudi Arabia) Humana Hospitals, Shell, Exxon, ConocoPhillips, HCA (Hospital Corporation of America)  to name a few. 

Helping sellers and buyers reach their real estate dreams stirred Nestor's soul and he became a highly successful Realtor® obtaining Top Producer awards on a consistent basis with such organization as Re/Max, Keller Williams and Continental Properties.  He saw the happy smile on customers faces which inspired him to pursue a real estate career. 

Nestor enjoys working out at the gym.  He also enjoys golf, snorkeling, spearfishing and boating.

Nestor make it to the beach at least once a month with his kids.  Nestor has been a coach and sponsor of numerous Little League Baseball, Basketball and Football teams for youth organizations.
