My name is Gillian Peterson. I am a licensed Realtor working in all of Monroe, Pike, Wayne, Carbon, Northampton, and Lehigh counties. I have been working in the Real Estate field for almost 5 years. I began right after the market "boom" so I have no idea what it was like being a Realtor when sales were easy.
My son was born a little over a year ago, and he sparked my new found interest in photography. I could not get enough of it! Whether I was taking photos of him, or the scenery around me, I loved it and I desired to learn how to do it properly. In addition to keeping up with my continuing real estate education classes, I decided to take two photography classes. The best decision I ever made! I learned so much! I soon decided to merge my love of photography, with my love of real estate, and there the NEPA Real Estate Photo Blog was born!

I really enjoy visiting different homes as often as possible. It's like opening a history book. There's so much more to homes then four walls and a roof. People lived out lives within those walls, Wondering what their lives were like, is so exciting to me. Not to mention that my job is to guide new families to a home where they will enjoy the same opportunity as the previous home owners.
I specialize in Real Estate Photography and staging. I have helped first time home buyers realize their dream of home ownership. Not only young couples, but middle aged first time home buyers as well. They truely appriciate home ownership after renting for decades. I have aided sellers and buyers of short sale homes, retirement homes, investment properties, and foreclosures. I have worked on real estate transactions under $100,000 to over 1 million dollars. No transaction is too much for me. I not only sell homes, but also land, as well as leases.
