Testimonials for Nancy Laswick
“In my opinion, there is simply no reason to look further when seeking a real estate agent. Nancy is a remarkable person and an excellent Realtor. I’ve used her, two of my siblings have used her, my son has used her and a number of close friends have used her. And I will be using her again soon to purchase a dream retirement property for my wife and I.
Nancy would rather turn down a deal and a commission if the deal is not in the her client’s best interests. I’ve seen it happen. For me, that’s peace of mind.
Her knowledge of the metro Phoenix marketplace is unmatched in my opinion. She has found the perfect homes for friends and family from North Scottsdale to the quaint suburb of Maricopa to the new growth areas of Gilbert and the Northwest Valley.
Nancy is a strong negotiator on behalf of her clients. She’s quick to spot hidden problems with new and used homes and have them corrected. She is relentless in getting the best price for her clients, whether they’re buyers or sellers.
An acquaintance was in dire need of short-selling advice. I sent him to Nancy, and she answered all of his questions and offered guidance with no expectation of anything in return.
I have a number of friends in the the real estate business. Nancy is the ONLY one I recommend to my family members and close associates.
I invite you to email me personally. I am Don Stevenson, veteran international corporate photographer based here in the the Valley since 1973. My email is email@example.com”

“My name is Carole Agliata. My husband and I were looking to purchase a home in the far North section of Peoria known as Sonoran Mountain. We had been looking for 6 months for a home. After several attempts to purchase a home with other Real Estate agents failed, we found Nancy Laswick.
We explained to Nancy that we really wanted this home and all the homes we had made offers on and never got one of them. Nancy assured us that she would do her best to see that this sale would go through.
She kept in contact with us from the time we signed the contract until the closing! She even took us to see other homes in the slight chance that this deal didn’t finalize.
Nancy was always available to show us homes and she was very patient with all of our questions and calls. We had no idea how short sales and foreclosures worked and was given all types of stories from other Realtors.
Nancy explained the process to us and we were confident she knew what she was talking about and trusted her opinions.
We did get the house we wanted! The closing was quick and easy. I would recommend Nancy again and I have! If we feel the need to sell this home or purchase another home we will give Nancy a call.”
I met Nancy about 15 years ago at a quilting meeting. She was my daughter Lissa’s realtor when she bought her condo and when we bought her townhouse, a foreclosure. Both times she was with us every step of the way explaining all the changes and helping us to understand the process.
She is a Certified Distressed Property Expert and really understands the short sale and foreclosure process.
Dealing with the mortgage company was very confusing and Nancy was there to support us and listen to our frustrations. She listened to all of our daughters needs and found a townhouse that is perfect for her.
Nancy also supplied us with a list of reliable repair people which was a big help. I really love working with Nancy and will always choose her to be my realtor and recommend her to family and friends.”

“As a Canadian buyer, everything about the process of buying a home in the United States was new. Nancy took the time to explain everything, and she did so very clearly and with obvious insight. Her knowledge and hard work helped us achieve our dream.
When Nancy first started showing us homes we were not sure of the type or even the area that would best meet our needs. After showing us more than 30 homes and condos we negotiated on two homes without success but the third home became ours. It’s in a great area and is the vacation home we very much wanted.
Nancy then provided us with contacts for plumbing, air conditioning, landscaping, insurance, etc. We had to return to Canada just as we received notice that the Home Owners Association CC&R’s required us to have an additional tree in our yard. Nancy took it upon herself to purchase the tree and have it planted. Thank you Nancy!”
