I got my start in real estate when it came time for my mother-in-law to sell the family home. (She raised 13 children in that home!) It was a 3500+ SF 1896 Victorian gem in need of updating and I learned a lot about old houses, how to prepare them for sale, and how to work with buyers' concerns about purchasing a 100+ year old property. I love old houses - being in them, understanding them and selling them.
I'm a life-long resident of Westchester County, NY. I have lived all over the county and am just a phone call away for information about our local real estate market.
I have specific local expertise in the following Westchester communities, each having their own flavor:
* The Hudson Rivertowns of Dobbs Ferry, Hastings, Irvington and Tarrytown;

| Nancy managed all aspects of the sale of my grandmother's home in Westchester as we had no family in the area. She helped us work through all issues with the town, and took care of the things I didn't think of. In the end, I was prepared to accept an offer, but countered on her advice, and received substantially more for the sale. |
