We all know that anyone can buy and sell real estate. However, it's the strong agents that distinguish the leaders from the pack. The strong agents are the ones who relentlessly stop at nothing to do the best for their clients and continuously exceed their clients increasing expectations. When you're engaged in something you love, it's rather natural to positively influence your clients, and the opposing party to reach an agreement for your clients which is in your client's best interest.
The one line above describes me to a tee: "continuously exceed my clients increasing expectations". I stop at nothing to provide to my clients exactly what is fair, deserved, and justified. All aspects of real estate are truly my passion and I share great pleasure in helping others achieve their goals.
To that end, I consistently challenge myself with furthering my knowledge by taking classes, learning new techniques, and engaging in uncomfortable situations. All of those things make me one step ahead of the game compared to my competition! As a result I have attained the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, am an Associate Broker, and earned the ABR credential.
As a real estate investor, like minded professionals are naturally drawn to my knowledge of buying, selling, flipping, rehabbing, and buy and hold strategies. Therefore, my forte has quickly become working with investors. Thanks to extended experience I have working with all sale types, I have been very successful at negotiating the absolute best prices for my clients.
In addition to working with investors, I have worked with first-time home buyers, families relocating to bigger homes, seniors looking for a smaller home, vacant land, and vacation properties all throughout Michigan. In essence, there isn't much I haven't experienced.
I specialize in the metropolitan region of Flint and Detroit. I have worked with clients from Lansing to Detroit and sold several properties in northern Michigan. My "home" area is Grand Blanc, but I will travel anywhere to meet the needs of all my clients.
