I am a REALTOR in Seattle neighborhoods north of downtown including Magnolia, Queen Anne, Ballard, Capitol Hill Greenwood, Broadview and beyond. If I were to describe myself I would say "Candid real estate advice with a sense of humor". Information provider first and foremost. I firmly believe that both buyers and sellers need to educate themselves as much as possible, as far in advance as possible, on the home buying and selling process. Your agent should definitely educate you but you should spend time in advance learning as much as you can so that you are the one making the big decisions.

I spent the first 23 years of my life in Ireland, then 7 years in London and have been in the US ever since. In my former existence I was a biochemist / chemist researcher with too many years spent getting letters after my name. I worked in non-profits, academic and biotech positions chasing jobs up the west coast form California, through Oregon and finally landing in lovely Seattle. This is as far as I'm going.
