I focus on all Mn Homes For Sale in the Minneapolis, St. Paul and surround suburbs. My office is in the Shakopee Real Estate market and we have other Re/Max Advantage Plus offices in the Savage, Lakeville, Chanhassen, Minnetonka, SW Minneapolis, and Coon Rapids.

Shortly after moving to Re/Max I started the Twin City Real Estate Team within Remax Advantage Plus in 2010. I held my Minnesota real estate license with Edina Realty for the nine years prior. Re/Max Advantage Plus is a solid organization and continues to grow every year and gain more marketshare. Eric Malmberg the broker has been awarded the Re/Max Broker|Owner of the Year award for three years.

I am very familiar with the foreclosure and short sale process. I will treat every buyer regardless of if they are an $80,000 or an $800,000 as a priority.
