What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?  I have been an investor for about 30 years in real estate starting at age 23. Starting in 1977 with the purchase of my 1st home to buying 2 condos in the resort town I now reside in. Some of the happiest moments was closing on condos in the resort town I love. I am a ski instructor and it is beginning to create a network for me with my contacts on the hill.  Coming out of real estate school I realized the learning in this profession is on going and endless.

The more you write about your area's of expertise the more knowledgeable you'll sound to a potential buyer or seller.  I worked for 35 years in the food processing industry as a shop supervisor and am a level 3 fully certified ski instructor with 30 years in 3 states instructing. I have always considered myself a novice investor in real estate and consider myself lucky to have done so well in it thus far. Made mistakes sure........learned from them>>>>>>>hopefully!!
