Merle entered the Real Estate Career in March 1998 and received Rookie of the Year Award for production. He has completed his Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) designation requirements, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation requirements and acquired his Pennsylvania Brokers license December 2006.
As a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, he has familiarity with the area, the people, and the issues important to property buyers and sellers.
Having worked with several hundred clients and agents over the years, Merle has accumulated the experience to negotiate well in many types of situations. He has assisted clients buy their first home, guided clients through the timing aspects of selling a home to use their equity for the purchase of another home, and helped people downsize to a smaller home.
He has also assisted clients purchase residential rental properties, and has financial analysis tools and skills to help investors make wise decisions.
Merle served as the office leader in the Prudentail Homesale Services Group offices in Elizabethtown and Mount Joy PA, broading his exposure to solutions to the many challenges consumers and agents face.
