| My name is Ann Twidy. While my neighbor was in the process of selling their home, in a matter of just days there was a SOLD sign displayed with the Realtor's name on it. Yes, I was impressed. I also was in the same frame of thought. I wanted to put my house on the market, but had no idea I was going to get started so quickly. | While Marvin is an old family friend, he's also a true professional. He helped my wife and I find our first apartment together, guiding us and holding our hands throughout the process. We thought that being on a tight budget meant we'd have to compromise on many of the things we wanted in an apartment, but Marvin proved us wrong.
