I work in Luxury Residential Real Estate with the Corcoran Group of the Palm Beaches specializing in intracoastal to ocean-front properties located in Highland Beach, Delray Beach, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge, Hypoluxo Island, Manalapan up to Palm Beach. Just recently, I was recognized to be in the Top 1 percent in real estate sales in the country for the second quarter of 2014.
I started my real estate career in November 2005 right after the hurricanes hit South Florida and the real estate market began to spiral downward. After 12 months in the business with no experience and only a business plan to jumpstart my new career, I listed $32 Million dollars in new listings my first year. By 2009, I built up at one point 37 single listings for sale with 25 of those listings ranging between $1 million and $17.5 million dollars in value.
The three principles I've always tried to bring everyday to my professional life are integrity, persistence and getting results for my clients. I've always been a professional who is more worried about building a long-term relationship and not simply just doing a transaction.
I have been selected by my peers serving 2 years as a Director to the Palm Beach Board of Realtors. I am currently the Education Committee Chairperson for the Palm Beach Board of Realtors for the last 5 years.
I am also involved in community endeavors. I just finished serving a 2 year term as President of the Palm Beach Rotary Club in June of 2014. I have been a member for 7 years and am currently on our Scholarship Committee. Each year we award $40,000 to deserving high school seniors in Palm Beach County who demonstrate early on service above self. Often these children come from humble beginnings and do amazing things in their life before they begin their college education. It's truly a highlight of my year meeting all these fine young men and women. I have also been involved and worked with Food for the Poor and Healthy Mothers and Healthy Babies.
