EDUCATION:  I hold both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree; I was a licensed residential builder and real estate broker in South Carolina; I am an experienced house plan designer; and I earned the Certified New Home Specialist designation. I know homes as well as real estate. 

EXPERIENCE: My first introduction to the housing industry was over 35 years ago when I worked with my wife's dad -- an old time carpenter who built everything himself from the ground up.  I later worked with Farnsworth Builders in Greenville, SC and then began my own residential construction company, Regal Builders, in Florence.  Shortly thereafter I began Regal Design Services, a house plan drawing service.  I joined RE/MAX Professionals in 2005.  During my first full year with them I cracked their top ten ranking and was ranked 33 among the more than 300 agents in the Greater Pee Dee market.
