| Team Monica Bazan has been a great help especially when things were not going as expected. Monica helped us better market our house and she got us many customers, more than double the previous agent. Monica Bazan was always available for any questions or concerns and is really knowledgeable in the real estate business. We had previously tried to sell our house a few times, but with no success. We went through a couple of agents trying to do so. Then a friend introduced us to Monica and right from the start we realized we made the right decision. She was very articulate, patient and professional. During the offers and counter offers, Monica turned out to be not only our agent, but also a very good negotiator by getting us almost 100% of our asking price.
