My education and experience in the real estate field will assure you of a home buying or selling experience that flows as smoothly as possible.  I have earned my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and my GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute): only 4% of the top agents nationwide have their CRS.  I have been a Broker/Owner and Broker-in-Charge but missed my customers who are my Number One!   Heck, even my Mom was a Realtor, so I grew up in real estate, cleaning out her listing books and accompanying her on sales calls.  It's in my blood!   I offer a very personal one-on-one relationship to my clients.  While I do have a very qualified assistant, my clients know I am on call for them whenever they need me.  Listening to what a client wants and finding it, making it happen, gives me great joy.  Or, on the selling side, getting my sellers the highest price possible, as quickly as possible, on the best terms, is my goal.  While the legalities and technacalities of real estate are very important, good relationships with people is what keeps it flowing smoothly.  My lists of mortgage officers, attorneys, insurance agents, contractors, inspectors, surveyors, engineers, etc. that have successfully served my clients over the years assures you experienced professionals to rely on for that smooth transaction and transition to your new home. 

In additional to my extensive real estate knowledge, I am also a North Carolina Master Gardener and offer landscaping value analysis and advice to my clients both buying and selling.
