As your Realtor
I work for you. Not the other guy. I am in your corner. My job is to lead you though the buying process, and make sure that you are protected all the way though the buying process. As a seller we need to have a Win-Win-Win transaction, I believe that all party's in the transaction have to be winners in-order to have a successful transaction. After spending many years in the mortgage loan industry, I learned many secrete strategies that work in the mortgage field. I also take that knowledge with me in every case of seller financing that I set up.
