| Martina was our agent for our purchase of a bank owned REO property in Downingtown. She was the most diligent agent we could have asked for when working with the challenges of bank property. She helped over come many obstacles we encountered during purchase process with sellers and was on top of the whole process with emails and calls. I have purchased four homes in the past and she was by far the most engaged and active agent I've met. Rating was well earned. |

| Martina is not just an agent, she is that kind of partner you can trust from beginning to end. From start to finish, Martina constantly exceeded expectations. She was energetic, focused, grounded and clear, things that are critical to anyone. Martina’s market knowledge and sensitivity to our needs were critical in making the sale of our house in a short span of time with little effort or attention from us. Her efforts are clearly demonstrated with how quickly the house sold. We met and signed an agent agreement on Monday, determined an asking price by Thursday, went on vacation on Friday, and put it on the Market by Saturday, had an open house on Sunday, had three offers on Monday, and were on contract by Tuesday. | "I recently relocated to Chester County from Cleveland, Ohio due to a transfer with Siemens Medical. I was under time pressure and not sure how, where, what I wanted to do.
