I make extensive use of the virtual venues where buyers search for properties on the internet, not just the MLS. If buyers are not searching on my website for properties I will find them.

-EDUCATION is important. I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR), FHA 203k Specialist – Renovation Financing Specialist (203K). My business plan includes education/designation goals which keeps me dedicated the always changing industry.

-AGGRESSIVE sales and negotiating skills are vital to ensure that you net the most when selling your home and get the best deal when purchasing your home. I have a proven negotiating strategy that I use.

-KNOWLEDGE of market statistics and current economic trends give me great EXPERTISE in pricing homes.

Certifications

I was born and raised in the Brookfield-Waukesha area. After graduating from Waukesha West High School, I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The day of my last final exam, I studied for my WI Real Estate Salesperson course and obtained my license only days later! I am passionate about what I do not only because it’s my career but I value the relationships I make along the way.

In my free time I try to stay active by playing sports and being outdoors. Being active socially is important too. I enjoy networking and meeting potential clients as well as friends. Lastly, I am an avid college football watcher and I am a lifelong Florida Gator fan!
