Hi I'm Maria Kadau. I live, work and play in the Pinellas County peninsula of Tampa Bay. I have a true passion for living here and specialize in the waterfront lifestyle of St. Pete-Clearwater-Clearwater Beach-Indian Rocks Beach-Largo-Seminole-and more. I am a veteran of the U.S. Army NG, having met my husband at Ft. Sam Houston in Texas when we were going through EMT training. Born and raised in Maryland, I graduated from Salisbury University, earning Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Philosophy. My husband and I have lived in St. Petersburg and Largo with our two daughters, and have extensively remodeled all of our homes.
Before I was top producing agent, I spent ten years in the non-profit industry in leadership positions, managing staff, committees, budgets, community outreach and fundraising, as well as millions in education grants.
I am super-involved in the community and am an extremely active agent, currently ranked top 6% out of 7,000 in our local Board. This means I keep busy!
