Better Homes & Garden Real Estate/The Masiello Group is one of the largest real estate companies in New England. We have offices thru-out NH, MA, Maine and Southern VT. Locally, on the NH Seacoast, we have been the number one office in Hampton over the last few quarters and many times thru-out the years.

Personally, I have been a REALTOR for over 9 years. I am licensed in both NH and MA having grown up on the North Shore, I still call it home. I love selling real estate in this area, with so much to do and the beauty of the landscape, it makes my job a dream. The area easily sells itself.
You need someone that takes their job seriously and I commit to continuously maintaining my education in all things real estate. I currently hold my GRI which means I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute along with my CBR which means I am a Certified Buyers Representative.
I work with both Sellers and Buyers and don't limit myself to one area or type of client. Everyone's needs change with time and the client that may be selling a condo today may need my services to help their son/daughter buy their first home tomorrow or they may be looking for the dream house on the beach. Having a background in the mortgage banking business, I am well versed on what obsticles there are for both sides of a transaction to over come especially with all the new regulations that are being put into place thru-out 2009 and again in 2010. I can lead a buyer thru the maze of financing and help sellers understand what the different forms/letters/legalese mean.
Outside of the real estate world, I have served on a number of Boards including Habitat for Humanity and the Salvation Army. My 2 boys keep me running - but it sure keeps me alive!
