I am an expert in the field of bank Short Sales! Meaning, I negotiate with lenders and banks so they take less than the full amount the Seller owes on their Properties. This allows us to sell the house for the maximum amount the market will bear; rather than being forced to sell for the full amount owed or face foreclosure. The house will sell quicker, and will save the Seller's credit!

Difference between a Short Sale & a Foreclosure
Short Sale (aka: Pre-Foreclosure Sale) is a process where a negotiated settlement is made between the lender and the seller for a third party buyer--facilitated by The Mike Realtor Team. Even after the Sheriff's Sale has occurred, we can sell the home and prevent the Foreclosure.
Two important things to know are:
1) The bank does not want another property; it has enough inventory and would rather take a loss today rather than a larger loss later.
2) I specialize in Short Sales. I can save my client's credit, satisfy the bank, and help find a new home with easier payments. I do all the work, and the bank pays me, NOT the seller!
