| I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and her real estate team! This was our first home purchase, and was as terrifying as it was exciting. But Michelle made the process as easy as could be, and we were in our new home within 30 days!!! For starters, she explained things to us in a way that we understood. This was extremely important, being first timers with no real estate background. She gave us the information we required, including reliable references for lenders, inspectors, insurance companies, and contractors. Michelle was attentive, driven, dependable, and extremely professional. It was a quick process, but not once did we feel pressured or like we were being taken advantage of. Michelle did the hard work for us. She narrowed down listings for us and coordinated all appointments and viewings. | 5 stars all the way !! Within a period of 6 months Michelle helped us sell a home of 22 years and buy a new home. She was patient , kind , professional and rolled up her sleeves , literally , to help us as I was recovering from surgery. We heeded her advice at each turn and sold our house in just 4 days! We got more than the asking price even. Then trying to find a new home was scary and just a huge decision. She showed us every home we wanted to see ( sorry, lol). All realtors are not created equal - pick Michelle Miller! |

| R & V Beck September 30th, 2014 Since we live in another state, we needed to work remotely with Michelle which made her attentiveness and willingness to get back to us even more important. Michelle spent some time with us upfront before we had a contract with her, showing us the area and listings in our price range. We learned which building we wanted to buy in and Michelle even offered to canvas other owners to see if anyone else was interested in selling. This proved unnecessary but we appreciated her willingness to do so. We ended up buying with a quick settlement and Michelle worked with us to accomplish everything that needed to be done in a very short time frame! It was a pleasure dealing with Michelle, she was very helpful and responsive in this transaction. |
