I come to you with 24 years of business experience, predominantly in real estate. I am prior active duty Air Force and I have years of experience as an escrow officer, a loan officer, a short sale department manager, and as the Chief Operating Officer for a brokerage firm and real estate investment company. I have my MBA and my experience encompasses all aspects of buying and selling real estate. I have worked with builders and renovators, contractors, agents, investors, lenders, escrow, title, you name it! Other agents would be hard-pressed to echo my experience in real estate over the years throughout the industry. In addition, I am personally an investor in the real estate market, so I truly understand what it’s like to buy and sell real estate as a client. With my background I can help buyers rule out a lot of options that may be less than desirable, saving them time and money. I can also assist sellers with access to the marketing tools required for giving their home a great deal of the right kind of exposure. My education and wide variety of experience in the real estate industry are only surpassed by my desire to please my clients and make their real estate transaction as smooth and effortless as possible.

I assist first-time homebuyers and help them learn about buyer incentives and First Time Home Buyer programs (for VA, active duty, FHA, etc). My escrow and finance experience allow me an unusually proficient knowledge as an agent of the buying process, from searching title to closing escrow and recording. I can pass this knowledge along to my buyers as well as informing them about how long each part of the process will take so there are no surprises or unwanted lags in their buying experience.
