I have been a licensed agent since 1996. Prior to I had been a business owner and part of a commercial real estate partnership. I have obtained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations as well as the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and the CIAS (Certified Investment Agent Specialist). I have received training toward both my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and EPro designations as well. Many hours have been devoted to classroom and seminar instruction over the years. As a RE/MAX agent, the yearly awards of 100% Club and Executive Club have been earned. According to recent Realtor's Association of Northeastern Wisconsin statistics, my listings have been selling 46% faster than the average agents, due to our innovative marketing systems.
