Certified with the International Code Council # 5245003, Member of American Society of Home Inspectors ASHI # 248685. I provide flexible rates with the size of each home. I don't charge a flat rate. My estimates are based on the size of the home. Serving all of metro Atlanta area and even beyond that. I performed inspections from West Point to Bogart (Athens).
I originally got in the home inspection business based on safety and my own personal experience with buying my first home at he age of 27. It was a new construction home and I knew little to nothing about the construction or home buying process. If I knew then what I know now type thing. I love what I do. I provide the home buyer as much information as possible to take to closing or just for their information. Working in this business the last 4-5 years I've met allot of good people and have good re-pour with Real estate agents and brokers. I'm fairly tall so getting in those tight cralspaces and attics are a challenge but I do enjoy a challenge.
I respect the Real Estate feild market and business members. I enjoy doing presentations for the Brokers and their agents when ever I can.
