Stacey was referred to us by a close family member who said she provided excellent service. We met with Stacey and she explained the short sale process to us and said she believed she would be able to sell our home. We listed our home and we immediately got a cash offer. We went through the lengthy short sale process successfully clearing all the hurdles that came our way with Stacey's guidance and we got bank approval. During the short sale process our home broken into and vandalized. This caused the buyer to back out of the sale the night before closing! Additionally, they placed another offer half of what was originally offered. Stacey consoled us and said let's put the house back on the market. We put the house back on the market and we had multiple offers within hours! We were able to close with a higher sales price and leave closing with a check! We had a awesome experience working with Stacey Williams. |

Since purchasing my first home with Stacey, she has assisted me in leasing the home during a period while I lived out of state and eventually selling the home. Stacey was able to get the highest sales price in my subdivision in cash. Stacey Williams is my real estate agent for life. |

I was thrilled to have Stacey Williams as my real estate agent when purchasing my second home. She responded quickly to questions and requests via email, text message and phone. She gave great advice and guidance as I went through the lengthy short sale process. She even provided information that assisted me with renting out my first property. Stacey works diligently for her clients and gets results. I look forward to continuing to work with her to grow my real estate portfolio. Stacey Williams is a great real estate agent. |

Thanks Stacey for helping us purchase a home for our daughter. You were excellent at making everyone's needs a priority until we found a property we all could agree on. Now our daughter is happy in her own house 15 minutes away! |

Stacey assisted me to purchase my very first home in the midst of a market saturated with bank owned properties. At the time, it was very difficult to purchase REOs because banks were slow to respond to offers and had their own processes which were hard to navigate. Stacey's knowledge of dealing with bank owned property was invaluable. We found the house I wanted to purchase and Stacey put in my offer. My offer was declined in favor of another offer. Stacey encouraged me to continue to be patient and we would get the house I wanted. Stacey watched the property's status for what seemed like months ... and the house came back on the market! Stacey put in a second offer for me and it was accepted at a lower sales price than my original offer |

My wife and I were referred to Stacey by a friend when we relocated from Ohio to Georgia. After working with Stacey to secure a couple properties for our family, I appreciated her attention to detail and her willingness to negotiate the terms. In my profession, I work with prospective homebuyers as well as the sale of donated properties. I invited Stacey to participate as a teacher in first time homebuyers classes as a part of a Financial Literacy seminar. In addition, Stacey has listed and sold several of the donated properties located all over the state of Georgia |

I was fortunate to have Stacey Williams list and sell my home as a short sale. Stacey laid out the short sale process with me and confirmed that short sale transactions can go smoothly and speedily regardless of what I had heard in the media and from others. I moved out of state the weekend Stacey listed my property, before I reached my final destination Stacey had received an offer on my house. I ended up with multiple offers on my home. Stacey compiled the information necessary to submit to the bank to get approval and stayed in close communications with me as the process went along. From start to finish I always felt informed and my best interest was being represented by Stacey even though I was several states away. The closing was held and I did not have to attend and I received a check in the mail. Thank God someone referred Stacey to me. |
