Get to Know Melissa Griggs
I have been in the real estate industry full time since 2003. I made the move to Solid Source Realty, GA in October 2008 when the Real Estate Industry tanked. I worked with Keller Williams from 2004 until 2008. I became involved with the East Metro Board of Realtors shortly after attaining my State licensure. I held the position of 2007 Co-Chair of RPAC (Realtor Political Action Committee) and 2008 Chair of RPAC while a member of EMBOR. Due to the economic down turn I was forced to resign and not join the local board, but I still live by the principles set forth by the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. These principles are a part of the fabric of my life and I whole heartedly believe in them. With 20+ years in Customer Service and Sales, my goal is to utilize that experience to assist my Buyer's in the purchase of their new home, and also to help my Seller's attain their goals in the sale of their house. I work with both Buyers and Sellers. Most of my past transactions have dealt primarily with Buyers, but I do have several Listing transactions under my belt and I do have active Listings as well.
